tx-explain
Explains an EVM transaction in plain language: decoded intent, asset movements, approvals, and risk flags. Request is a POST with JSON {"tx_hash":"0x...","chain_id":1} to /v1/tool, or GET /v1/explain with query params. Response is a JSON object with plain-language summary, moved assets, gas, parties, and risk flags. Deterministic for identical input.
