Address StandardizationService

Rule-based US postal address formatting. POST JSON {"address": "1600 Pennsylvania Ave NW, Washington, DC 20500"} to /v1/address; the response is a JSON object with original, standardized (upper-cased, directionals and street suffixes spelled out), state (2-letter code when recognised, else null), zip and ruleset. It formats text only: it does not check that the address exists or is deliverable. Identical input gives identical output on every supplier.
